Tre Sorelle, customer service is the worst... We were told where to sit by the pizza chef. After we were seated, we hoped that a waiter would come over with menus, but nope, had to walk to the front to ask the same Pizza chef for a menu, even after we got the menu ourselves, we waited for about 15mins for the waiter. She took the order, then brought water.

After the food came out, I asked for salad dressing from another waiter, he completely ignored the requests... While waiting for the dressing, I found a hair in my food. I indicated this to the waiter and she did nothing.

I walked up to the front again, and asked for the manager, he was standing in front, when I explained the situation, all he stated was that I am sorry, he didn't walk to the table to remove the plate or anything. He called the waiter over who was working another table, after 5mins she came over and asked if I wanted another order. I said no, she took the order away then came back and stated I didn't have to pay for the other order...

There are better restaurants around the area with better customer service and food....

I walked into the restaurant and stopped at the front to be seated. The guy up front was helping someone so I waited until he was finished. When I first walked in, the guy working up front looked at me and did not say a word. We made eye contact so I'm positive he saw me. A couple of gentlemen of another race came in and stood BEHIND me. The same guy working at the counter said to them "we don't have many tables because we have a large party coming in with reservations". One of the men asked what's available? The guy up front pointed to the table for them to sit. Another guy came up and intervened, I'm assuming he was the owner. He asked if I was being helped. I annoyedly answered "No I'm not". So the guy up front pointed at a table for me to sit. I sat for about 1 minute and got up and left. I decided that I didn't want to eat there nor spend my money there. Also. The guy was very unpleasant and looked very unwelcoming. Will not be going back unless they get rid of that guy. Ive read other reviews about him. And the...

My review isn't about the food, I didn't eat here. My review is about the amazing hospitality and kindness my Mom and I experienced this afternoon from the staff of this restaurant. My Mom was having a small medical episode which she needed to find somewhere to sit immediately and also being a diabetic she needed water. I walked all around the area trying to find a place to sit and this restaurant was the only one that would let her sit without ordering anything. They didn't even mention about needing to order any food nor drink. They even brought out ice water and asked if we needed anything, and not to be shy to ask. The Waitress was so kind she even refilled the water. My Mom and I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness that we experienced from the staff at this restaurant. Thank You. It is nice to know nice people and nice establishments still...

Going to start off by saying I worked in the restaurant business for 6+ years, I took my fiancé here to dine in which immediately gave me a red flag when I told the waiter I was allergic to pork which she insisted the sausage was beef even though I knew it wasn’t which she then had to get clarification by the chief, I ordered a Capricciosa SM for the lady and myself substituting the sausage/ham for chicken. I’m not sure why we was given 2 Marguerite SM and it wasn’t even a Marguerite because the toppings of the fresh basil and fresh fior di latte morzarella wasn’t on it. Last but not least we was charged for additional toppings of olives, chicken and mushrooms when all the waiter had to do was either remove the pork on the Capricciosa which was fine, or simply substitute the sausage and ham for chicken.

We stopped by for lunch to get out of the rain - and we were hungry. We ordered two small pizzas and a serving of garlic bread for 3 adults. In hindsight - a pizza each would have been better. Although one if the two pizzas that they initially served was incorrect, which they made out was our fault, they did correct the order after we pointed it out and we were not charged for it. Overall we had a great experience with good music and delicious food. It felt like an established local restaurant that is frequented by regulars. PS. A 20% tip was automatically added to the tab, even though there were just three of us. This is not common practice in my experience for smaller parties. PPS. no coffee… just espresso

I had a job next door and said let me get a quick bite.I ordered a Margherita pizza and when I opened the box I saw this. Keep in mind, it had no basil on the pizza when I opened the box. I went back inside and after minutes of trying to convince me that this is how they make their Margherita pizzas he asks, “what is it, you want some basil on top?”, and then proceeded to lay 4 decrepit basil leaves on top of this plain pie. I explained to him I had rather he admitted the cook made a mistake than try and convince me that a Margherita pie was made like this. Didn’t even offer to remake it. As my irritation grew, I decided to walk out. You guys need to do better. One star.
