I recently visited HeyTea and was unfortunately disappointed with the ordering process and service. The experience was far from what I expected, as the ordering system was inefficient, and the service quality did not meet basic hospitality standards.

The drinks took an unusually long time to arrive, and the staff seemed inattentive and unorganized. I believe that customer service plays a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience, and unfortunately, this visit fell short. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service efficiency and staff attentiveness.

I tried their new Milk Tea Bobo Shake, which blends HEYTEA’s signature Red Blossom Tea with real dairy milk into a deliciously creamy ice slush. First time trying HEYTEA and it was better than what I had expected. I did not have a bad experience. Staffs were very friendly and handed out the menu when my friends and I were lining up. They were out of the topping sago so I had to order something else which isn’t a big deal because it was expected. The drinks were good but the PROBLEM was the straw. It started to dissolve midway through the drink and I was unable to get the remaining of the toppings out. My friends had the same problem. I personally don’t mind the concept of being eco friendly but I really can’t finish a whole drink in 5 minutes before the straw dissolves.
