I called and ordered a Turkey sandwich at 2:15 for pick up and the cashier/ cook said 10 minutes for my order. Upon arriving at the store he proceeds to say it’s going to take another 4/5 minutes. As I am sitting in the store, 30 minutes later I ask about my order again. Finally he realizes it has been ready, he brings it out saying it has been ready the whole time. Whoever is working the register needs to be told to check in with customers and ensure their orders are being prepped properly. This type of service at a busy hour during my lunch break is lousy. And now my sandwich has been sitting for 30 minutes and the sandwich doesn’t even have three...

Super chill spot with great prices. First time trying them and I wanted something light so I got the double chicken slider combo (for 7.99!!) and it hit the spot. Not too much but definitely filling for a quick bite! Wish they added more sauce to mine but even as it was it was amazing - the chicken was cooked well and super juicy and the pickles mixed well with the sauce.
