Hula Poke — Restaurant in New York

Highly recommend! I was hungry after work so I stopped by Hula Poke for dinner. The workers were extremely polite and helpful. They helped me every step of the way through creating my poke bowl. I ordered the two scoop bowl with salmon and tuna, they were so fresh! The toppings, especially the seaweed salad, was refreshing and light. Also, the atmosphere of this place is out of this world. I placed the order on Uber eats 10 mins before the last order time (7:35pm), restaurant closed at 8pm. Hula poke accepted my order. However, I’ve been waiting for almost an hour for my order to come. Then I got contacted by the delivery guy said the restaurant is closed at 8:30pm! The poor guy is waiting out the restaurant to pick up my order and no body it there!! I want to support the local business and this is what I got in a return???? If you’re not able to fulfill my order why you accept it????!!!!! WORST...

Customized my own poke bowl with 2 proteins (tuna & salmon). Love how they let you be free and choose almost as much or as little toppings, sauces, etc. My order catered to me and it was so delicious 😋. I finished every last drop. This place is somewhat close my home and my now husband used to come here a lot, but haven't since before the pandemic. This is the first time ordering again post pandemic and I forgot how much miss this place. Majority of the time the ingredients are fresh and just right....
