Welcoming and warm little spot but the definition of cozy - very small space. Coffee quality is high to my tastes and their secret is exclusively serving triple shots in drinks so as to offset bitterness. Exposed brick was tasteful and gave the place character along with the partially curved ceiling.
There was no WiFi, which was a bit of a bummer for me as I had some quick work to do, but I still enjoyed myself. The seating is limited and none are comfy, so you will not likely be spending your whole afternoon here, but it is nice for a little visit.
I discovered this through the Cups app and you can use code "yyskl" to have $10 to spend here with no other obligation, which I appreciated. My tip with the app is to make sure the item you want is listed the same way. Its even local (Brooklyn) made from what...

As a result, I wasn't all that eager to check it out. However, I'm very glad that I finally did. This Jack's is a cozy tiny hole in the wall but it has tasty (sometimes seasonal) specials like Happy Jack. It's a little difficult to find sitting room but on nicer days, it's nice to sit on the bench outside and contemplate life and other things. I think the only problem now is that there is a Stumptown around the corner and I'll be conflicted on where I'll want...
