I called to place an order over the phone for a 16 piece Thank you Bonbon box, because I will be in Brooklyn on Sunday and want to pick my order up. My very first experience/interaction was not a good one. I notified the store attendant that I had a 10% welcome coupon code. She responded, we can't accept those. Me, ok. Isn't this all the same company. Then I inquired about personal message to the recipient and she told me they couldn't do that either, but she would be willing to tape a handwritten note to the box. REALLY!!! this should not have been an option. But I can create a personal message with an online order. Then I had to ask for a receipt for my order. This entire process was nothing exciting. This will be my last time ordering from this...

I’ve always loved coming here especially over Christmas. I came today to treat myself for my anniversary but the guy wouldn’t give me my hot chocolate even after I already asked twice. Ended up getting a parking ticket after waiting 20 minutes. And lost an hour of my day. I have no idea why I’d be treated like that. I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was the only customer in the store at the time. When I walked out the other employee said “I should have said something”. But I already asked twice and was acknowledged each time. The last time I asked he gave me an attitude and said “it will be right out”. Will never shop here again. It’s honestly overpriced for what it is so I should be thanking them for saving me hundreds of...

It was so disappointing. I was here 14 years ago and I loved the place. Today I went back and as soon as get into the store we were totally ignored, we were looking at the chocolates and options and the employees there act as we were not there... But as soon as a group of fancy ladies arrived, the attending girl started to welcome them, offering a sample of hot chocolate and pampering them, honestly was totally heart breaking how different we were treated, not sure about the reason.

Further more, I approach to the gril with a bar of chocolate in my hand and requested also a sample, she just gave me the sample and said in a rude tone "so, would be just the chocolate bar?"
