Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in New York

Normally this location is pretty quick and the food is good. Today, ordered online at 2:15pm, and as I'm sitting here waiting, still not done at almost 3pm. Unacceptable. I know it's lunch time, but come on, 45 minutes for a sandwich that on the app said would be ready at 2:28pm? Train your guys better.

Oh and forgot the juice on the side, I just left without it because I couldn't be bothered with the lazy employee.

Wait it gets worse. I ordered the #13 and what did I get a ham sandwich with a few slices of pepperoni on it, no cherry pepper relish, and limited toppings. What the hell is this garbage?

I expected at least for someone to say we can't make that right now, and apologize and I would have been fine with picking another sandwich. Or maybe the guy was high as a kite, cause he was moving slow, so I suggest you drug test your employees. Either way I didn't get what I ordered and will be blasting this out to reddit as well as other social...

I would not recommend this location to anyone. I would go to the Richmond Avenue or Hylan locations. My first issue was that I had a bogo coupon on my app that I was having issues using. So I asked for assistance but was refused. The cashier even went to ask someone in the back and their exact words was "not their problem". Okay rude. My next issue was that I asked if they honor the student discount and apparently they are the only location that does not honor that. My last issue was that they made it an issue when I asked if I can switch the ham for turkey. The other two locations never give a problem when I asked this and I've been a fan of Jersey Mike for years. I will never return to this location and I am very upset that I wasted my money at...

The food was DIVINE! My dad and I just so happened to walk past and decided to go in and it was the best decision of our day so far. The food truly was full of flavor and fulfilling. To top it off, the employees behind the counter were personable and friendly. I forgot to get their names to shout them out, but they were really sweet and took the time to ask us about our day and engage in discourse about the Five Nights at Freddy’s shirt I was wearing. The place was really clean and had a really fun vibe. I also tried that vanilla cream fountain soda and it surprised me with how compatible it was with my chipotle sub. 10/10 and it’s within walking distance so you know where I’ll be when I have extra...
