Joe's Little Italy Pizza — Restaurant in New York

What can I say but only good things about our experience here.

My family was visiting from Miami and one night we decided to take them to little Italy so they can try the pizza. We decided to go on a Monday without knowing most places close at 9. After waking around a while and seeing everything closing, I searched on Google maps to see if there was anything left open. Joe's Little Italy Pizza was open but would close a few moments after arriving. We decided to go and just get what we could.

Upon entering, the man behind the counter greeted with a very big smile. We each ordered a slice and drink to go. "You must love your job!", I told him. He says it's his favorite thing. Then he asked where we were from. I told him about our family visiting from Miami and he quickly said, please eat here.

The tables were already picked up as they were about to close. But he had his workers prepare the table and even gave us a free slice! Then he started to play Cuban music for my family. Well as you can see in the video, this turned out to be a highlight of their trip!

When you visit this restaurant, please say hi to the owner and get to know him a little, he is sure make your day! Oh and the pizza...

Order a medium pie asked the person who took the order to send with my pie garlic and crushed pepper when my delivery arrive it was missing it so I asked the delivery person he respond with did you asked for it I said yes he said check inside the box other than that I don't know so I checked my pie box nothing in there I call back the person on the phone said the delivery person will come back to drop it off half and hour pass and still not here I call back and he said his on the way after all I never received nothing... Bad service... The delivery boy just cared...

I decide to order from thru door dash because I read the reviews on here, which were pretty good. I don't know if they were having a bad day I ordered Chicken Parmigiana Pasta. The pasta supposed to be linguine as states in the description, it was ziti (I was not told of the change) and it was over cooked the chicken parm had no flavor. Melted cheese was burnt and I asked for some garlic and red pepper flakes they never sent it. Asked a few of my co workers to taste it and they agreed with me. Totally...
