Jollibee — Restaurant in New York

We were excited to get Jollibee since we learned that there was going to be a new location somewhat close to us. The drive there was a little long but the chicken itself made it worth it. I can see how people say in their reviews that the management/groove of the restaurant chain isn’t quite there yet. We ordered via pickup and there were multiple times that the lady preparing our order messed up. First time being that they only gave us one bucket when we ordered two (not to mention that they forgot all the side orders). After getting us both buckets, they told us our food was ready and we double checked and yet again we were missing multiple of our sides. We told them again and they “fixed” it. When we checked a third time, we realized they forgot our peach mango pies so we had to ask them again to fix our order. It was a bit annoying but it was fairly busy so I can understand why there might have been some sort of mix up. Make sure to double check your meals if you’re ordering pick up or to go! With that being said though, the chicken was fresh and delicious. We also got the spaghetti and adobo rice. Both of the sides were great! This place has alot to improve. lets start with service. The cashier was nice, i have a problem with the assembler and the pantry. Jollibee has a system when it comes to serving food to customers but this branch has 0 skills, 0 golf standard being followed. the assembler does not have organizational skills. the pantry person always sends out food that is incomplete and is being rude about it too when you complain, not just that also being sarcastic when serving to customers. I sent my order back 4 times because they kept giving me the wrong/ incomplete order. the black lady with the glassess is so Sarcastic and looked at me as if im crazy that I was checking my order on the counter. Can you blame me ?

The chicken flour was NOT siffed properly. You can still taste that its raw. The spaghetti sauce that they gave me with the spaghetti has only approx 2 tbsp of sauce. that is NOT the standard. the 3pc burger steak that we ordered had to be sent twice because they keep giving us incorrect amount.

I was touched by the heartfelt memory of my Dad Rudy, I wanted to shared about my father's advice and how I am able now carrying on that tradition with my son Turbo. It's wonderful that I was able to visit the Brooklyn Jolibee location and create those special moments together.

I'm glad to see that the service and assistance provided by Supervisor Kelly added to the positive experience of mine . Her attentiveness and warmth must have made the outing even more enjoyable for me and my son.

Preserving cultural traditions and passing them down through the generations is so meaningful. Thank you for Jolibee to be a part of that cherished family experience. I am honored to maintain eating authentic fast food Filipino fare that can evoke such fond recollections.
