The staff is all around rude and inconsiderate. I was waiting to pick up an order-the first staff member checked for the order then just walked away..nothing was said to me. Next, 2 other men come in and are immediately helped as I’m standing in plain sight waiting for someone to assist me. I was completely DISREGARDED as if a whole human being isn’t standing waiting; a customer at that! The manager or whomever in the black shirt showed NO EMPATHY for ignoring me and basically shrugged his shoulders as I expressed being ignored. GET YOUR PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE. There’s a hundred more pizza shops here that treat people like people (and I’m sure taste better given the other reviews). This seems to be a common trend at this disgusting...

First off update ur website. I'm ordering from ur website and then I'm told to look at a menu which first off I don't have that's the reason I'm ordering online. #2 the menu that is supposedly updated was only updated by putting a number 2 in front of it, so same items and prices but not one knuckle head could figure it out. WHICH BASICALLY I CALL A RIPP OFF! UR TRYING TO KEEP MY FOOD SO U DON'T HAVE TO MAKE IT AND JUSY CHARGE ME THE SAME PRICe. I know COVID sucked, but don't lie to people and then argue with them over the phone about it just because you feel right . Tried this restaurant via delivery the other night and unfortunately we did not like the food.

Penne alla Vodka had too much heavy cream in it. The sauce was unbalanced and did not have nearly enough tomatoes/paste. Penne itself was al dente though.

Caesar salad was inedible. Whatever dressing they use is not Caesar. It tasted like hidden valley ranch from a buffet salad bar.
