Avoid the manager Jimmy. SCAMMER JIMMY.
Just finished talking to "Jimmy" the supposedly manager who was not only RUDE but hung up on me for requesting they honor a credit from yesterday.
Let me start off by stating what happened. I been calling and placing orders at this location since I moved to the area. I have had very few issues with this location. They sometimes forget my drink or get my order wrong. They politely offer credit or to resend me order.
The gentlemen there have always followed through and never had an issue since a note is always placed and credit is applied even if its been weeks.
WARNING: Now JIMMY picks up the phone today and not only admits that yesterday was a chaotic day and mistakes were made but refuses to honor that credit. As soon as i brought it up that I had a credit on another $30+ order (we always order $30-$40 orders) he refused to apply credit. He immediately refused to also look for the note and was so short tempered and eager to get off the phone he hung up on me.
As a previous manager from a family restaurant this is one quick way to lose a loyal and valued customer. I will no longer order from this location if Jimmy continues to handle customer service this poorly and unprofessional. If and when the restaurant has a stressful day and notes are left to honor credit the manager will not only ignore but treat its customers poorly consider finding a new manager asap. The manager represents the business and the owner. If the owner stands by this behavior and continues to employ people like this the business will never have organization and proper leadership.
I will take my business elsewhere and try to reach out when Jimmy is not there to claim my $16 credit and never place a single order again at this location. Speak to Jimmy and get him under control or replaced.
PS: Credit notes need to be left where JIMMY can read/find them. This was simply him being lazy and refusing to honor it...

The rude worker told me okay after being impatient to take my order and non english speaker. I have called them back to check on my foods . The same rude worker picked up again and has the audacity accusing me telling them to forget it after waiting an hour which he never sent my food out to me . However, I have pointed out what he has stated and of me overhearing him an hour ago to prepare the bagels from my order while complaining that I asked to much questions for the type of potatoes that I want . I called him out of lies and he hanged up the phone on me . I used to be a customer of Jimbo for 5years since living out here in Harlem . Read moreI ordered with Patricia over the phone. 1:06pm after waiting 35 minutes for my delivery (1block and avenue away) I received the wrong burger. I called back and told her I received the wrong burger. She told me yes I charged you for this one because I couldn’t hear you . She confirmed with me that she took down my order incorrectly and told me She can tell me a charge difference for my correct order. The reasoning of me ordering over the phone instead of walking over to place my order is because I am working. There is no excuse for me to receive the wrong burger because you “didn’t hear me” you charged me and sent me whatever you felt and there were NO apologies what’s do ever.
