My usual salad bar closed and I was searching for a new place when I stumbled on "Just Salad." My first thought was, "only salads! Perfect! Must have a big variety!" So I stood on the loooooong line, hungry, believing that I found "the perfect place." The salad choices were on the wall behind the bar so I couldn't see my options. But I was sure that there was a "make your own option." After 10 minutes of waiting on line, I get to the beginning of the counter where I saw the leafy options. Only a few bins for a fairly large store that only makes salads. Hmm. I asked for mixed greens (mesclun, or whatever you want to call it) and was told that they longer carry it. "We used to, but it was discontinued," was the server's reply. Well, after waiting all this time, I settled on romaine, since the only other options were kale, spinach, or arugula. He offered to mix them but I don't care for these bitter leaves no matter how much salad dressing you try to drown them in. Then I looked at the "included in the price toss in" options and realized that there really wasn't much of a selection. So I just settled on some dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes, nachos, and something else, I forget. I added some ranch dressing and, all things considered, it didn't look bad. The guy asked me to follow him to the cashier and said "enjoy." Cool. No problem. My turn to pay and the cashier, some guy, rang up my purchase. I didn't think of the price because it couldn't be much since I didn't order much. I pulled out my money and he said "we don't accept cash." Oh, one of those places that believe cash is obsolete unless you drop a few bills on the ground. I apologized that I didn't have my credit cards because I just grabbed some cash and ran out of the office. There was no signage stating that this was a cashless institution. So I find out 20 minutes after entering the front door. I informed the guy that I only had cash and I didn't have time to run back 6 blocks to my office to get my card. He asked me if I had a card after I said that I didn't have it and I had cash. So I asked him, "Are you just going to throw it out?" His reply was "Do you have a card?" Uh, is he daft? "No, I have cash," I repeat. "Well we can't give it to you!" Now, let me be clear! I pay for what I want! I am not a charity case nor am I looking for a handout!! That response was uncalled for and was not solution oriented!! Nor did it do anything for good customer service!! A few years ago, I encountered the same problem in another establishment (now defunct, probably for losing money for being cashless) and the manager took my cash and used his own card. I thanked him and gave him a nice gratuity for going above and beyond. I went back multiple times, with my card, of course, until it, surprisingly closed. Well, I will not be patronizing "Just Salad" again!! Poor signage, limited selection for a "salad only" take out restaurant, and pathetic customer service! My gratification is that I am the one with the money, I still got lunch elsewhere and paid cash, while "Just Salad" lost money for throwing out a salad which THEY ultimately paid for. At that rate, they'll be out of business, too!! And don't try that tired line saying "we don't take cash because of the pandemic" because if I were to drop a wallet full of money, pandemic or no pandemic, they would have taken their chances and...

Bad service every time I go in the workers are so unhappy giving bad looks and attitude The food was not good there was no seasoning The only people who work well in this store is the management The employee that made my order kept talking down to me and being condescending his manager had to tell him to give me a bag Mind you my order was for pick up it wasn't ready I gave them an extra 20 mins after I got the message to pick up I asked for them to cancel the order I was told no The employee making my food was about to mess up my order and when I corrected him he was nasty and replied with I know But he wasn't reading my order I ordered an extra sauce for a dollar and he wasnt giving it to me I told him I paid for extra sauce but he knows and is reading the order He kept giving me nasty faces and rolling his eyes at me he even gave me a thumbs up infront of his manager while he was looking to make it seem as if he was being pleasurable but still rolled his eyes at me In turn I told his manager infront of him that he was giving me nasty faces and being condescending towards me I will never eat here again Literally told them to cancel the order that they had 40 mins to make and I...

Wow! No wonder this location has low ratings. My server was condescending and rude. I ordered online the Peruvian Warm bowl which is one of my favorites. As I was entering to on the pick up orders section, the server asked me if I was picking up without hesitation, and had my meal ready. For that particular meal you can't choose bread, nor adjust the sauce level, so I told the server if I could have more and she wanted to charge I would have paid for extra, I kindly explained the app didn't have that option. Very difficult and unprofessional. On top of the obnoxious employee, the chicken was overcooked. A warning to choose your location wisely. I'm sticking with 34th...

Amazing place! Delicious ans so quick. My coworkers and I always eat here because of the great quality and the incredible customer service Every time we go, Kiya greets us with a wonderful smile and remembers our names and our orders ans quirky requests which is so incredible to feel that level of personalization and feeling like a regular that adds so much to the overall experience. Also, the quality of the salads are top notch and Kiya is an artist with veggies. Honestly, look at the gorgeous salad she made and it’s such a chill and welcoming vibe that keeps my team and I coming back daily for the variety and eco-conscious choices.

If I'm paying 20+ for a salad with barely anything in it. I expect better service. I got an egg and asked for it mixed in my salad l. Instead she cut it in half and tried to put it on top. Then I asked her to use the tool to chop the egg for my salad she brought it over and decided to not to use it and attempted to crush it while using the tongs. Now I'm on break and Im stuck with half an egg not uncut because she chose to ignore what was asked of her. Waste of my time and money. It would have been cheaper just to go to the regular store across the street. I'm disgusted
