Bella Napoli's food was okay. The slices are large and well topped. But they didn't wow me. The garlic knots were also the least impressive I've ever tasted... they weren't melty and garlicky.
Beyond the food, I just wasn't that into the atmosphere or service. The people behind the counter basically ignored us, and when we finally got their attention, they gave us a hard time when we asked for napkins. Read moreDisappointed with the food. We were in the area for a show and decided on Italian food. I'm always one to go by reviews of places before we decide. This place had good reviews. We decided to try the lunch special. It was chicken parm with pasta and a vegetable. The sauce was mediocre and baked ziti was ok. The two others I was with had the chicken as well but had the linguini aioli. Neither could eat it as it was spicy!! Garluc and oil dishes are not spicy unless requested to be. I work in an Italian restaurant so I know how its cooked. Well all three of us ended up sick later day. Will not go...
