I have to say that this place is one of the best bars (if not the best) that I've visited. Kent Ale House is a place for beer lovers and bohemians at heart. It is also well-located and the ambiance is super welcoming. They have cute tables outside, but inside the place is where I found myself saying "Here it is, we found it". The interior made us feel like we were on a pirate ship. The chairs and tables and even the bar area are so comfy and nice. I really liked it. Their employees know how to work. They (especially this lady pictured) know how to make you feel comfortable and they are always making sure that you're having a good time. Their selection of beers is great and their food is absolutely delicious. They feature organic and fresh ingredients only. The quality of their services and their prizes are just so damn good. Definitely the best burgers we have had in NY. What are you waiting for?! For more info about this place and other cool places I've found, visit my ig: @UnaSirenaLoca

Overall pretty cool spot. It has a pub/dive vibe, which I enjoy, with a summery twist (since there are large open windows and distant views of the water if you sit in the right seats). They have a nice selection of craft beers, including a mystery beer + shot combo, which is always fun. They even bring the beer to you in a brown paper bag (see photo). My only complaint about that was 3 people at my table ordered it, and we all received the same beer and shot - I was expecting a variety, but nevertheless, fun idea! They had vegetarian burger options on the menu.

Came here to watch a 49ers Game, but unfortunately not til 8 tonite; got here @ 4:15, nice place had appetizers and it certainly was different but very good. Had the Philly Cheesestake Rolls & Artichoke dip definitely different and delicious. Will come back when there is an Actual 49ers Game next time for sure.

Went here last night with friends for a joint pre-Bachelorette & Bachelor shindig. We were originally trying to go somewhere else, but the crowd needed food and drinks asap on a Saturday night. I called ahead to see if there was space for a group of 10 and the bartender was kind enough to say to come in and they’d find a spot for us. We got there about 5 minutes later and they had us seated in a spacious back room with a huge table and lots of tv screens. They brought out our pub food quickly and it hit the spot. The drinks were super cheap ($5 ciders)! Awesome vibe and great place to hang. We were originally just gonna eat and go back to our original destination but was having so much fun that we didn’t leave Kent Ale House! Thanks again for accommodating such a large group on a Saturday night and being so kind. Bill for 10 of us came up to about $250 total at the end...

Unfortunately had a really strange negative experience due to a really rude waitress. We popped into the pub to check out the beers on tap and while my boyfriend ordered I went to find a table outside. A waitress came up and asked what I'd like and I explained my boyfriend was at the bar, she suddenly took a patronising tone "it's actually table service, there's a sign." And walked off. My boyfriend suddenly rings me up and says to meet him at the bar - turns out the waitress had gone inside to find him at the bar and tell him to "try reading next time." Obviously we didn't feel particularly comfortable sitting outside anymore so just sat at the bar. Props to the barman who served us who was really nice! Ultimately mistakes happen, we didn't see the sign, but there's a polite way to explain mistakes to people rather than going out your way to scold them and make them...
