Kith Williamsburg — Local services in New York

Love the new location! I'm a longtime customer of Kith online and also at their original Brooklyn location as well as the Soho location. I visited the Williamsburg location for the first time last week. I had a wonderful experience at the new location -- it is a great addition to the Kith family of stores! The space is open and airy and it is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Everything about the store was welcoming. The layout is spacious, which makes it a breeze to browse and shop. The staff across the board was friendly and engaging. They are knowledgeable about the products and brands carried, so definitely ask questions if you have them. Esteban, who I first met while shopping at the original Brooklyn location, and got to know better at the Soho location, is truly a standout -- he's down to earth, genuine and super helpful. Williamsburg is lucky to have him! By nature of its location, the Soho store can feel hectic and tight if it's busy, which it often is. The pace and the spaciousness at the Williamsburg store was much more chill, with a cool neighborhood vibe, which I found added to a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. For anyone who has yet to make it to the store, definitely take the trip out to Williamsburg, it is well worth it. I look forward to...

I’m so late with writing this review but better late than never. A few weeks ago I had visited the Williamsburg location looking for an outfit for my son. My son is autistic and was having a moment in the store. My face said it all my son was over stimulated and I was trying my best to assist him. Before I even got to do anything both Kith security and one of the ladies in the Treat section of the store came to son and sat him down and give him fruity pebbles which is he’s favorite. I didn’t get the shirt because they didn’t have the size but I made sure I bought something because they treated us so kindly so he left with a pair of socks lol ! I have never experienced this type of understanding and respect from a company or store in my life. It was refreshing not to have the people who stare and judge my son instead they assisted him & I & actually calmed my son down. I will continue shopping here !! Recommend 100% Autism Friendly

Kith Williamsburg is hands down one of the best retail experiences I've had in the city. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere – a perfect blend of style, energy, and top-tier service. The store itself is an aesthetic dream, with every corner showcasing Kith’s signature blend of luxury and streetwear.

But what really stood out was the service. Despite the chaos of a big release day, the team was on point. A special shoutout to the handsome Hispanic gentleman with the puffy hair who took care of me. Through all the madness, he kept everything smooth and efficient, making sure I was taken care of without feeling rushed. Even with the crowd, he still managed to make me feel like a VIP, which is no easy feat in a busy spot like Kith. Truly appreciated his vibe and attention to detail.

This is definitely a place where great style meets great service, and I’ll be coming...
