Atmosphere 5/5: Away from the crowds of Northern Blvd, this local restaurant offers plenty of seating. Soft pop cover soundtrack that is set at the perfect volume to allow for light conversation and dining enjoyment.

Service 5/5: they are friendly and quick to serve our table (weekend around 2pm). They serve up complimentary banchan that includes deep fried mackerel, kimchi, broccoli, peanuts and anchovies. Also serving hot tea in the colder months, refreshing cold tea in summer months.

Food 5/5: authentic and delicious. We ordered soon tofu stew with beef, pork back bone soup, spicy stir fried squid, seafood pancake. All dishes were generously sized -- an appetizer and main dish can probably be shared...

My friends and I ordered the octopus ssambap, seafood pancake, and pork backbone soup. The octopus was seriously spicy but so so good. Can’t help but continue to eat it with the wraps. The seafood pancake was soft and had a good proportion of seafood. The pork backbone soup was our least favorite. Didn’t expect it to be so spicy but the perilla seeds didn’t provide a pleasant experience as there were large pieces each time we drink the soup. It made it oily too. The pork meat itself was tender and flavorful though. Overall, we would definitely come back and try the octopus again and the...

여기 꼭 와요! You must come here if you're in the area!

Great portions and ingredients are so fresh too. If you like spice and seafood, 100% recommend the 낙지 쌈밥 /stir fry octopus with spicy sauce. I loved the side vegetables that were all so fresh too including kale and perilla leaf. The service was amazing and because it was not lunch rush time we got free fried fish -also fresh and nicely cooked. Side dishes are also plentiful with refills.

No wait needed for a table we dined at 2pm on a Thursday.

Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys Korean food with great portions...
