Starbucks — Restaurant in New York

Please have more consistent check-ins with people on pick-up area! Make sure they didnt order to the wrong store or have had their orders stolen. It doesn't take long- even when busy- and makes sure your customers are happy and feel attended to. Just ask if they ordered to the right address, or what they are waiting on, and give a quick update.

Also if items are missing (because out of stock or items were taken by the wrong person) offer refund/remake or exchange when you know the customer didnt receive all of their order...don't just say "oh I can't see it here (in the pickup area)" and walk off?

Also more cleaning of the lobby would be nice but I understand it can get busy here. That isn't as pressing as the pick-up issue.

Display items not organized and just thrown together. Looks bad/lazy presentation. Same with display case and food fridge. This is more nit-picky but I don't understand why not put more effort into presentation? Make your workplace nice...

They made my order quickly ,but the girl at the register was not friendly at all , after each item i ordered she would say "thats it " i find that very off putting and I felt like i was being rushed , not to mention i was standing in line for about 8 min waiting to order and she tried to help someone else who had just walked through the door . No greeting ,no apology. Then the barista that handed me my drinks directed me to where i could get a cup holder whereas the person he served ahead of me had less drinks than i ordered yet he put her drinks in a cupholder. Im not knit picky but these are the things that make a customer feel valued and I would not patronize this specific location in...

I've been to a lot of Starbucks over the years but I've never been as happy with my order as when I visit my local one in Bellerose, NY. The people there are the friendliest I've encountered, with smiles and patience. And no matter what I order, they always fill it to perfection. I recently visited another Starbucks and was very disappointed with their menu and lack of availability of my favorite frappuccino. Another Starbucks I used to frequent never seemed to get my drinks consistently right, so I never knew what to expect. My favorite Starbucks, in Bellerose, never disappoints! Thanks, Bellerose, you guys are the best! And now I need a Cookie...
