I was not going to post a review but I feel like it is needed. This is not my first time eating at Suite 36 Brunch & Bistro. I have visted 2 other times. My experiences were not the best but I decided to try one more time. I had the same issue, the time it took for someone to take my order, and the wait time to receive my food. I waited and asked numerous times for water...while waiting to place my order. I paid for the brunch and the bottomless mimosas, which I had to ask for refills, (mind you, the time limit was 90 minutes....but the wait time to get a refill, ridiculous). I ordered an appetizer, waitied on that, when I did get my appetizer it came out the same time my order came out. I wanted my dessert to go, which was included in my price. I waited for that and asked the waiter and the host for it. I reminded them I was waiting for my dessert. This is where I became really upset, and was embarrassed. The host asked if I was finished, I told her yes BUT, i was still waiting to get my dessert to go. (I asked 2 different waiters by that time) She told me she needed the table that I was sitting at for the next party. She took the table away and left me sitting without a table. I thought that was very rude. After this experience, I will not visit this establishment again. I do hope the...
Read moreWhere i could start after having my beatiful wedding ceremony and my husband and me was so happy that got all ruined when i notice 5 of my guest didn't have no table and out that 5 people 2 left cause they where very hurt that they didn't have no seat. The rest of them it took them 30 min to get them a table. The food took forever to come we was there for 2 hours and 8 people still didn't have there food and when the food came to me the BRIDE waffle wasn't cook well and it did not taste good after they brought me another one. I don't know if it was because I was upset or what. I have no complain about the owner or the waiter that was serving our food. But one of there manager IVETTE had an attitude when I told her i book for 33 people why i have guest standing up . I really had to appologize to all my guest for all the bad experince that they had. They thought by telling the dj to say congrats or putting spanish music was going to make me feel better NO IT DIDN'T. I honestly didn't want to pay nothing but of course we had to pay half of the original price. My advice to the owner don't book a party of 33 if you don't have alot of cheef and don't let your resturant get over crowded if you know you have a big party happening. This was one my worst expirince ever THEY REALLY DAMAGE MY...
Read moreIt’s always exciting when a new spot opens up and this one definitely fills a gap in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is lively, the drinks are well-made (and worth the price), and it’s the kind of place where you can unwind solo or catch a game without interruption. We ordered the wings, fries, and lobster bites. The lobster bites were the highlight—flavorful and well-prepared. The wings and fries were decent but nothing extraordinary, especially given the slightly high prices. That said, the drinks made up for it—no watered-down cocktails here, which is always a plus. One of the best parts of our experience was the service. Our waiter was fantastic—attentive, checked on us regularly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. The tip was well deserved! One thing to note: the music is LOUD. Great selection, but definitely not the spot for deep conversations or a reunion where you’re trying to catch up. If you’re just looking to vibe, though, it works. I thought it was an adult only spot but I did see children there on a Saturday after 6PM. Parking can be hit or miss, so if you’re planning to drink, an Uber might be your best bet to avoid the hassle. Overall, I appreciate the addition to the neighborhood—places like this are needed, and I hope to see it grow into...
