I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill for a cono clásico mind you it says 7.25 or something like that on the menu, i only get 4 and change back, and i had not realized until i pointed it out to her, she says i have to wait till 7:30 for her manager its 6:30?... doesnt make sense, i tell her if she can call her manager she said yes but never did, she proceeds to tell me she didnt even have my transaction for my cone.. then she finally counts her drawer says she doesnt know what to tell me cause her drawer matches, and she basically insinuated that i was lying but it was my friend there who pointed it out. And proceeded to give me my money back in all coins and when i told her to give it to me in bills she said she couldnt cause she didnt have change.? I dont like complaining but her attitude and the service was mediocre at best. Shame the gelato is...

Today, I purchased gelato from your shop, and unfortunately, I noticed that the scoops were not filled to the top of the cup. In fact, there was a noticeable gap at the bottom, leaving the cup less than full. The experience was quite disappointing as it did not seem to match the value for the price paid.
