La Michoacana NYC — Restaurant in New York

I'm super irritated. The first time we came to get corn from here in November, it was perfect. My mom and I had been looking forward to coming back for months. We finally go back today at 4pm and the door is locked. Someone standing outside says the guy left to get something to eat. Fine, everyone deserves a break. We decide to wait. We waited until 4:30pm and still nobody showed up. I had to leave to pick up my daughter but decided to just come back since we really had a taste for the corn.

So we come back at 5:15 and there's a woman. She tells my mom the corn isn't ready... it will be 20 minutes. We wait. She fixes the corn and forgets to put the limes we requested in the bag. Cool, fine whatever. I was willing to deal with all of that. I was just starving at that point. We get in the car to eat the corn and it's ICE COLD. I am absolutely pissed. Because who serves corn ice cold? It was cold to the touch!

I did not have time to take it back and argue. So we just took the corn home and tried to heat it up. It was a disaster. The toppings melted and we just had to throw it away. I really hate to leave bad reviews. But this is feedback from what could have been a loyal customer. Now I'm feeling like I wasted time and money. Very...
