I recently had the pleasure of stumbling upon a true gem of a restaurant, and I'm still dreaming of the flavors. While the perfectly crafted cheeseburger initially drew me in, it was the surrounding atmosphere and the authentic Chilean gastronomy that truly captured my heart.

Bad, the food it’s not very good, and very expensive for no reason because the ingredients and preparation are not of a French or Italian restaurant, the sandwiches are over priced compared to an American Hamburger for example, I don’t understand why this Chilean restaurants in New York whether is Manhattan, Queens, or even New Jersey are always over priced and they do it to themselves because let’s be honest Chilean food it’s not that popular and I rather eat Peruvian food that is a little cheaper and tastier, at least in New York. I had disappointing experiences at La Roja de Todos. I recently ordered a sandwich Barro Loco for pickup, which is clearly listed on their menu at $14.95, but when the bill arrived, I was charged $17.63 before taxes. This wasn’t just a one-time mistake either—they’ve done the same thing to me when I’ve dined in person.

The worst part is that the food isn’t even worth the hassle. The sanduche barro loco was bland and poorly prepared, with soggy bread and unseasoned meat. For the price (and the sneaky extra charges), I expected at least decent quality.

This restaurant clearly has no respect for its customers. Overcharging once might be an honest mistake, but doing it repeatedly feels like a deliberate scam. The waitress try to convince me that the extra amount was from taxes but charged twice for taxes and service for a pick up order. Do yourself a favor and avoid La Roja de Todos. There are plenty of other spots with better food, honest pricing, and better customer service.

Recientemente pedí un sanduche barro loco para llevar, que en su menú claramente aparece a $14.95, pero cuando llegó la cuenta, me cobraron $17.63 antes de impuestos. Esto no fue un simple error aislado; me ha pasado lo mismo cuando he comido en el restaurante en persona.

Lo peor es que la comida no vale la pena. El sanduche barro loco estaba insípido y mal preparado, con pan crudo y carne sin sabor. Por el precio (y los cargos extras), al menos esperaba algo de calidad aceptable.

Este restaurante claramente no respeta a sus clientes. Cobrar de más una vez podría ser un error honesto, pero hacerlo repetidamente parece una estafa deliberada. Si a eso le sumamos la comida de mala calidad, no hay ninguna razón para visitar este lugar.
