Awesome place! Can’t say enough great things about this place. Passed this place on the way to the Prospect Ave Subway station and my fiancée and I saw the line and steamed windows. You just KNOW it’s gotta be great food!

Upon walking in it did not smell of that rotten fish fishy smell like at a dock (I don’t eat fish and hate that smell). It actually smelt really great! There was whole pieces of FRESH fish in ice you could choose from. You can also choose what veggies you’d like in your seafood mix. You can get whole fish or you can get smaller chopped portions at the counter billboard along with onion rings, fried crab legs, etc. The whole operation is very organized and they put your chosen food bowl (it’s self serve) in this hugeeee restaurant quality steamer after adding the spiciness level of your choice.

We could NOT WAIT to get home for him to try his food and were not disappointed! They packaged it in a bag and takeout container and another bag to keep everything from spilling. I could’ve just watched them work for another 30 minutes with how great it all is. We will DEFINITELY be returning whenever we are on this side of the Bronx. It was nice for a change to see actual FRESH FISH being sold! 5/5
