UPDATE June 2025: 4 stars. Their rose bush on the corner is immaculate and the landscaping overall is very well maintained.
Late night drive thru is pretty good, but picking up an order on foot is still rough, having to stand and wait by the DT window.
UPDATED January 2025: Bumped up to 3 stars.
Their sidewalks have been shoveled of snow recently, fries salted to expected levels, and staff were friendly and put the exact number of ketchup packets ordered in the bag without me asking.
Unfortunately, they forgot my burgers in my to go order.. And the dining area is unwelcoming, between a lack of cleanliness and the decommissioned soda machines.
It’s taken 5 years, but this location is improving.
UPDATE: The business hours on Google seem to change. Late night, you need a car or a phone app to order due to no restaurant entry.
The staff are always great, but food quality is low, stale buns, mushy fries with not enough salt.
UPDATE: Two months later, ordered via McD app for takeout. No food. Again. Dealing with this place latenight is a nightmare.
UPDATE: Ordered pickup via the app, received a confirmation code, and walked to the restaurant. Upon my arrival, I was told that they’re closed, nothing is being served.
Why does your app let me place an order from a closed restaurant?
UPDATE: Once again, using @Seamless to order from here was not a good idea. While my food did arrive promptly, it was missing all the sauces/ketchup (that I specifically added), and the sandwiches had cheese on them (which I can’t eat).
UPDATE: Seamless responded immediately and refunded me $0.22. *Note that menu items are bumped up by $1 to $3 if you’re ordering with an app.
UPDATE: Sidewalks have not been shoveled of snow in days. Called 311.
UPDATE: Restaurant was closed the evening of the first day spicy nuggets...
Read moreI appreciate food that's consistent even if it's terrible for you. Here, now you can order ahead on the app which honestly is alright!
-Except, I'm confused about waiting Despite paying and ordering in advance. ...Whatever.
Sometimes, also, when you pre-order (like I just wanted a Sprite} and pickup is the drive-through, the drive-through lines are looooonnnnnnnnng. That said, I wonder if I could just come in and do my pickup if I know that would end up faster?
If you don't appreciate McDonald's you're probably healthy, wealthy, and wiser than I am, or you hate America. Maybe both. Even so, I think the Hamburglar is Actually the symbol of America and its greatness. If you disagree, you're probably a Grimace lover, which is fine. No one really likes Ronald. We all agree, those statues of Ronald are So shiny and weird. The kids are actually fearful...
Clowns, man...
Or if you're enby, or female identified, still: Clowns.... Amiright?!
At least this one's not an orange nightmare.
Also, they seriously are trying to back drive through times by making cars wait in spots just around the corner...
Read moreThese are the hardest reviews. Because when it come to McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's and all chain restaurants. They are exactly the same. I worked for a few days on a crew. It was inside construction for a Dunkin Doughnuts. Talking to the Man in charge throughout the day he told me that the company. Which ever it may be. He happened to just do Dunkin Doughnuts. He shows up & has a hotel waiting for him. Gets temporary workers & there is a delivery of Boxes in the middle of the building. He just follows a set of directions from the Company. The signs for the wall have the latest promotions. And everything is custom-made for the space. The only thing to review is the workers. I would hate to guess how many McDonald's there are in the 5 Boroughs. But everytime I go in one of these many cookie cutter type fast food restaurants or Coffee & Donut & I'm asked to give a review. That is so difficult. As a Google Maps Local Guide for New York City I feel the need to answer the question. But places like this & not only food but I just did a review for Barnes and Noble. Same thing. They are all...
