McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I've been going to this location since the early 1980s as a kid myself and as a parent took my child here in the early 2000s. I enjoyed the family feel of the past Mickey D. Like everyone else, you went to Mickey D. because it was fast and inexpensive. You didn't go because it was high quality food, you bought it because it was inexpensive fast food and filled you up. Today, I can't justify spending these massive increase on basically subpar quality fast food. And this just doesn't go for Mickey D, it's all fast food and junk food. Putting all that aside. The worst part of this Mickey D is the renovations. It totally destroyed the family feel it had prior to the renovations. It's very cold and an uninviting feel now. Before you could take your kids after school and sit down talk over dinner and you actually ordered more stuff. Maybe an ice cream or cookies, etc. The drive thru is still a nightmare at peak hours. You think they would have directed the line to begin on Philip coming up from the west instead of keeping the same old plan and blocking the corner of Philip and Tremont with people trying to get in line. The BEST McDonald’s location! Staffs were so nice & friendly ! JOANNE if i’m not wrong is her name , She’s awesome!! She even treated homeless customer respectful! Didn’t look down on him !

Also another guy that gave my pickup order also nice, but i don’t know his name , and the other guy with the white T-shirt that i believe is their manager also nice! Everybody at this location awesome !!!

Never ever i see McDonald’s staffs nice and friendly, and also fast service! yes other location have nice staff but might be only 1, but not in here! I can see they all nice & friendly and they focus on the orders, no talking to each other!

Even when my 1st time came to this location to pick up my mobile order. As usually when we place a mobile order, we have to be closer to the store than they just prepares the order. Once I clicked “I’m here” the moment i stepped inside to the store , one of the female worker approached me and asked me if i have a mobile order? Then i said yes, then she pointed to the counter, and i was so surprised! My order is ready! My daughter asked “ is that ours? How...

I normally place the order on the app to pick up on the drive thru and I've never had any issues. It's usually a quick in and out, but today I can't believe I waited over 1HR to get my order... Guy on the speaker was rude af, didn't even asked me the code for my order and cut me off saying to go to the 2nd window. I pull up and he's asking me what did I order. I tell him and after a minute he brings the drinks and says it's a 20-25 minute wait for the food because their toaster was out of order. I had no other choice but to wait. He told me to wait by the stop sign and they would bring the order when it's ready. 35 minutes pass and I still didn't have my food. Workers didn't know where my order went or what I ordered. I asked them to just forget about it and just refund me but that was impossible because they couldn't find the order either. They tell me another 15 minutes and it'll be ready. 30 more minutes pass so I ask again and the guy on the window is just giving me attitude and hands me "my order". He said "it's been there" and didn't bother to call us over. The order was completely wrong and cold. At that point, I just took it and left...
