I went into store location with my 3 year old and my newly trained service dog as I have a heart condition. She is trained for hearing loss that I have in my right ear. I walked almost a mile with my dog and daughter to this location, I come to this McDonalds just about daily since Ive moved a mile up road. my child loves to take long walks here and I must travel with my service dog to alert for danger especially on my right side as it has become dangerous for me while with my daughter. Security stopped me said I cannot have dog, I have specified prior that she is service dog and he asked for proof like. Badge. Now legally he is not asking the right question because he s be asking what she is trained to do without me having to speak about my hearing loss. This happened a few days prior, so this security guard had already asked and recognized me. as I walk in to McDonalds last night and he remembered me and said nope, I even held my service dog which I should never legally have to do. I was just trying to order quicklt for my theee year old and be on my way. He said Ill ask manager if you can have her while being held. he yells over to DION who seems like a felon, in he speaks in a very agressive and violent tone. Ans said NAH ya need to GET out. Then the real manager I guess names Felicia, who Then Yelled to me mam ya gotta leave ya cant order. All workers and people stopped and stared, I was not about to yell about my service dogs HIPAA, it is very humiliating to me to mention my heArinf condition especially to two extremely agressive and unfriendly workers who just dont want more customers. They should be fired. That is customer service job, I did not feel safe. It was raining outside! I had to go with my service dog and three year old and be put in an extremely dangerous situation while I walked through drive through in the rain with a crying toddler. If wont get handled i plan to legal action. not kid friendly, not animal friendly, not legally obiding. Dion and Felicia create a hostile and...
Read moreIt's newly renovated, very clean and constantly sanitized and best of all, the business has actual plenty working outlets so you can grab a bite or coffee and still get some work done. It's a huge improvement to the way how the place used to look and feel before. Their free WiFi services are excellent and they have added several automated kiosks to handle peak time service needs. They are well staffed and always have workers around doing things be it checking restrooms every few minutes or keeping garbage can clean.
Its location is at a very high traffic area so it does seem to get crowded and sometimes a tad rowdy here during peak times but never really to a point of annoyance. So far, the managers on duty and workers here are pleasant, attentive and never intrusive with no unusual sense of one feeling rushed to eat, moreover, unlike other establishments, I've noticed no apparent signs stating limited seating time that have become a signature symbol of many places to deter derelicts and those unnecessarily loitering the business and causing other patrons discomfort. If they have access control or monitoring of some kind, it's surely not noticeable nor intrusive.
How did they manage to do this? I mean, other places have strategically hired clearly visible private security services but I haven't noticed this here, yet. Maybe they have it during certain hours or security were always around but were not necessary and blended in with all the other patrons. Either way, these subtle changes are very welcomed.
Oh, location is convenient with good...
Read moreNow I'm a very fair guy and out of so many reviews I have done I never complain about service but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. So running late I purchased a medium fries from a coupon I won. I ran down the block to my doctor's appointment only to find hair in my fries. I toss then out and return to mcdonalds with the receipt and the packaging to tell them that there was hair and I woikd like another side of it. The manager comes out won will post a pic automatically refuses me and would not let me explain. I showed him the receipt and he wanted me to go pick up the fries from the floor and bring them in the store to show him. I was embarrassed. He refused to give me his name nor the number of the store to file a complaint. All receipts the ink was fading for the store number. He then grabbed the review out of my hand and refused me any service. I am going to file a complaint and actually call corporate on him. It was embarrassing as everyone was starting at us as we get in a yelling match. By far the worst experiences and finally he told me he's denying me the fries because I won them from prize instead of paying cash. I was forced to show him my wallet full of money to prove to him that I'm a worker(engineering) btw to let him know it wasnt the money that was the issue but the service and disrespectful environment he allows as a manager. Horrible if I can give them a 0 I would have. Worst experiences. Did not...
