I just had to take a moment to express my utmost gratitude to the amazing night crew at McDonald's! Last night's experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I'm thrilled to share my appreciation for the exceptional service they provided.

As I pulled up to the drive-thru, I couldn't help but notice the long line of cars ahead. I feared that I might be in for a lengthy wait, but to my astonishment, the night crew handled the rush with remarkable efficiency and grace. Their coordination and dedication were truly impressive.

The team worked like a well-oiled machine, taking orders with a friendly smile and ensuring accuracy at every step. Despite the busy night, they managed to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude that made each customer feel valued.

What impressed me the most was the speed with which they dealt with the line. The night crew members were like wizards, swiftly preparing orders while maintaining the quality we all expect from McDonald's. I couldn't believe how quickly I received my meal without feeling rushed or compromising on taste.

Beyond their speedy service, I was touched by their attention to detail. Not once did they forget to include any condiments or special requests that I had made. It's the little things that count, and the night crew certainly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable.

It's evident that the night crew at McDonald's takes immense pride in their work. Their dedication and professionalism are a true testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction. They truly made my late-night visit feel like a VIP experience.

Attention (To All Customers),

The service after 5 pm is your worst nightmare, and the Turkish manager is the worst. I witnessed her telling a elderly customer, "bi---, just take the f------ bag." Who made her a manager? And, when I came back in with my receipt to complain, the whole counter crew knew the woman's name, which is, "Simge (pronounced: sim' {gay})." Well, I spoke to two of the ladies in charge Terri & Fran, and they gave me exceptional service, and apologized to me for Simge's cruel behavior. I felt, so bad for these ladies, because I was told, that no one wants to work on her shift (many of the teenagers that work here, have expressed their feelings to me, towards Simge). Well, that leaves the only time to get quality service is when Fran, Steven, Nicole and Stephanie are working. When the Turkish woman works, the employees are upset with her (because she's always screaming) and you are always guaranteed to get THE WRONG ORDER (and the hot food is cold, and the cold food, is warm). If they gave out, lotto tickets for getting the wrong McDonald's order, this location after 5pm weekdays, is guaranteed to make you a ZILLIONAIRE. The best time for quality service is Tuesdays & Fridays, and any day the Turkish woman doesn't work. If she didn't know, this is Staten Island, and us Italians (and Hispanics) don't play, and we could care less if the Police Department is a couple of doors down, just don't play with our, "MONEY." I guess, it's the Turkish woman's attitude, that has the store's employee's wanting to, "f--- her up." But, hopefully she gets this memo, and changes her attitude, because she's very nasty (if you know, what I mean). And last but not least, the inside lobby is always a mess, whenever she works. Does she ever clean the restrooms (because all it takes, for her to do, is to pick up a broom and mop, and clean up)?
