Chaos CHAOS CHAOS .. POOR PERFORMANCE leading to show poor food and behavior safety of employees. WHY IS GETTING A HAMBURGER SUCH A CATASTROPHIC EVENT! UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES MAKING FOOD THAT MY AND YOUR FAMILY WILL INGEST!!! Crazy employees Rude, unattended. They picked a fight with a family there. The employee has CLEARLY psychological issues and was unqualified for the customer related atmosphere. He clearly cannot adjust; he verbally tried to fight with a customer who was disabled and had to be intervened to stop his verbal abuse !😱😱😱😱😱😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫🧟 Managers stood and watched AND DID NOT INTERVENE in their own accord. Shame shame 😳😳😳😱🫢

Place should be cleaner.

Franchise has problems they clearly do not handle well. On some level the 2 managers did chime in , but not immediately and it could have escalated all due to one young guy employee who was without a doubt " unstable" and violent. With irrational behavior. Clearly he is in need of medical ,psychological attention..There is no question of that when an employee gets that AGGRESSIVE in the workplace. 😵‍💫🧟

We aren't going back. I suggest you all avoid this place until they provide proper customer service. The managers did NOT take initiative to intervene; although standing right there watching My question is: How do they " manage" the food handling How do they manage safety issue prevention Why are they so disorganized Why are the legal franchise rules not organized and in place. Why are they working there ,unable to prevent hazardous situations effectively.

I’ve had two frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s drive-through.

The first time, I ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets with mild picante sauce. That sauce comes in small ketchup-style packets, so it’s already less than the BBQ sauce that comes in a cup. But they only gave me one packet. We also ordered three drinks and didn’t receive any straws or napkins. Basic things were just missing. The whole experience felt careless.

The second time, I ordered 20 nuggets. This time, they gave me 3 packets of the mild picante sauce, which was better. I politely held up one of the GREEN POCKET picante sauce and asked, “Can I get a few more of this sauce?” The guy looked at it and handed me a RED CUP BBQ sauce instead. He 100% saw the sauce I was holding—it wasn’t a mistake. He just didn’t want to spend half a second getting the right one. It’s not like he got confused either: the mild picante comes in small green packets, and the BBQ comes in big red containers. It was just pure laziness or not caring.

To make it worse, when I got home, I found out there were only 19 nuggets in my 20-piece box.

Two visits, and both times something was wrong. It’s disappointing when even simple things like sauces and straws can’t be...

One thing to be mindful of is that due to its popularity, the drive-through can get quite busy during peak hours. If you choose to visit during these times, a brief wait might be expected.
