McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

I went there last night/early morning around 12 am and I went i to the twenty four hour window inside. I was greeted by a i guess overwhelmed worker who was also tending to the drive through with another worker. He came to the window after I rang the bell and blurted out quickly while rolling his eyes and looking at me with a most hateful look stating through the intercom that he is not taking any orders from the twenty four hour window and stated something else but I could fully hear him and was asking if he was not taking orders indefinitely or for a short while. He then ignored me. I was saying through the window that I couldn't make out exactly what he was saying and that I just wanted a soda and some ice. He ignored me. Another worker came and asked him what was going on and he stated I told her I'm not taking anyone's order and she acts like she can not understand. I stated I do understand but I was sure what he meant as he rambled on in the intercom that was the delay going to be indefinite or short cause I don't mind waiting. He didn't even find out what I wanted. The other worker asked me what I wanted and went on the further side to get my soda which took a short while. Being that the service seems so confrontational I did not drink the soda because I wasn't sure what could have happened in the back after their discussion together about my heavy soda order. I don't think I'll be going...

So I used the McDonald's app to place an order at 11:03pm for lunch. It said the McDonald's is open 24hrs on the app. I get to the McDonald's at 11:10pm and a worker tells me they're closed. I tell them I placed an order and the app doesn't tell me you're closed. How am I suppose to know. Long story short. I'm waiting 10mins for someone to address me Noone does. Two Uber eats pick ups come after me and then the overnight shift coming in starts making food...for the Uber eats. I had to get their attention to let them know there's others waiting as well as me..they make an Uber eats order give it to the guy and I tell them again about my order and I'm waiting 20+ mins. He tells me we aren't taking orders only Uber eats. I don't know what to tell you. Well maybe you could've told me that 20min ago instead of having me stand around waiting and ignoring me first off. Could've made my order since I was there first and waiting 20mins and already into my lunch break. It's ridiculous the rude attitude and unprofessionalism that they can't address the customers to let them know what's going on or hey we got to make the food you'll be waiting however long etc. Instead of just having people standing around clueless for 15, 20 or more mins. I intend to speak with a manager...

I've been wanting to write a review for this location for quite some time. I am a local, I live around the area. This McDonalds is the closest to me and it's the worst. Sadly, I would have to rate it a 1-star because of the poor handling of allowing "customers" consume longer than what is stated. It has become a hang-out spot for all the neighboring schools. It is consistently packed with students who are just taking up seats, being foolish (inappropriate behavior, spitting on the floor and rough handling) and abusing policy. I've witnessed this for so many years and nothing has changed. I've seen attempts were being made but weren't consistent. It is busy for most of the day throughout the late evening. I wouldn't suggest this location to anyone. It is disappointing, I cant take my kids here and I wouldnt even bother to stay myself. I've seen a lot of people walk away and complain on how this location is. I am hoping this can be...
