McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

The food at this location more or less is Pretty good as in made to order nuggets, mc chicken. Compared to other locations that constantly serve mc nuggets and mc chickens that taste and look half fresh like they were made 45min ago making them not crispy and not hot which turns them barely edible. but this Location i ask for ketchup when i get nuggets 4/5 times i get 0 ketchup and like a bbq sauce. mc nuggets without ketchup is like a dry hot dog in a bun. also the dude at the drive through looked like he was half awake. giving my change back drops 2 pennys fall on floor bewteen the car and wall just gives me 2 more coins lol the lady at the second wondow ive seen at diff locations didint even ask if i wanted any sauce for the nuggets but puts in bbq sauce as a default not even caring or thinking. the service is mediocre weak greeting hi welcome to McDonald's gets your food they dont say would you like ketchup for the nuggets or your welcome they say food hand it to you once you leave chance your missing something traffic lines its too much of a hassle so you end up eating your meal that keeps telling your missing something. basically customer service and greeting training and focusing on the customer and what is im the order instead of default putting some random sauce and not what the...

This McDonald’s is a joke. I ordered my food through the drive thru and was told to pull up to the side so I can get my frappes because they weren’t ready. I ordered at 4:39pm, at 5:07pm I decided to go inside because I still haven’t gotten my drinks. I walked up to a MANAGER(dark skin woman with Caribbean accent and wore a red shirt) and told her that I been waiting for my drinks for a long time. She then told me I had to order different drinks because they don’t have caramel frappes. At this point I was annoyed, I then told her why would the person at the drive thru tell me to wait on the side if there wasn’t no frappes. The manager completely ignored what I said and continued to give out the Uber orders etc. I told her I wanted a refund so a Hispanic woman manager gave me a refund and didn’t even sympathize with me to even say sorry about the situation. I don’t know who the hell made these people managers cause clearly they don’t have customer service. The reason I’m describing the managers is because someone needs check them! This...

Look I hate giving negative reviews unless it's needed. The food here is good for what it is, it's cooked fresh everytime I've come. The service here on the other hand is a hit or a miss. Despite having a huge sign on the glass and on the site stating that the restaurant is open 24hours, my experience so far has been that it's not. I go there at all hours of the day to pick up food for all my co workers and my self due to my shift changes at least 6 times a week, but they are never taking orders at 4 am or 4:30am or 4:45am and at least one time at 6am. Despite me asking the employees thru drive thru if this restaurant is open 24hours why are they closed if they are all there? Look I think I just might benefit by bringing my own food to work during my grave yard shifts but honestly I just might not come back for a while. Look some employees are nice and some are rude but it all depends on the day. Instead we ended up getting white castle which IS always open and never rude even when they outside smoking their cigarettes they take care of us...
