Everything about this location is absolutely HORRIBLE! For starters, all of the GrubHub delivery people have taken over the dining area, so there's very little room for customers who may want to eat inside. The place is also overrun with loud, rowdy, and annoying teenagers who sit inside to eat food purchased from other places. Most of the time, they just come inside to hang out and never buy anything at all. They're constantly making a mess and disturbing other patrons with all of their loud screaming, cursing, and fighting. The hired security does very little to control the situation, and are usually seated in a corner texting or chatting with other staff and customers.
The people behind the counter can't ever seem to get it together. There will be 5 people standing around the registers, and only one girl pulling tickets and bagging the food. She's also checking her phone and texting while orders get backed up, and the other girl on the fries is slow as molasses. They're also playing around with the guys in back making the food, which means the lines get longer and customers have to wait. There is no organization to the processing of orders taken at the register. The kiosks are usually malfunctioning, and mobile app orders get mixed up with the delivery orders. No one seems to care, and some of the managers are RUDE, particularly in the evening. There aren't a lot of options in the area, and their biggest competitor, Burger King, which is literally across the street closes early, mostly to discourage the rowdy school kids from hanging out in their store, whereas McDonald's allows it. It's sad but considering the area demographics,...
Read moreHighly dont recommend going their even if you like McDonald's. The wait for your food is super long and when you finally wait about 15 -20 you finally get your food barely warm and the fries are so stale because it's been sitting there for like the past 15 to 20 minutes for the other people to get your actual food ready. And the drinks if you order a McCafe or any type of cold drink it will start to melt and you just get wet watery drinks because it's been sitting there so you could get your drink faster. Because the people that's doing the drinks are more quick than the people that's actually making the food. Like today I ordered medium fries that's it and a weight was like 10 to 11 minutes to finally get stale fries and when I actually told them to remake my fries they didn't I had to wait 5 minutes until I got fed up I left because while I'm waiting then I put a new fries to giving other people still fries I've been sitting there for a while I seen them give people still fries I've been sitting there for like how long like wasting my time and money I highly do not recommend going to this type of McDonald's because is disorganized there's a lot of people but they're not doing the right thing they're just standing and helping somebody else with another person's order so I do not recommend again going to this McDonald's if you're in a rush or there's a lot of people there because when there's a lot of people it's more of a longer wait because I don't know they do like they like skip the higher orders and do the smallest ones I don't want you to actually listen to order a lot you're not going to get it for like...

Review: I recently visited the McDonald's located on Avenue H in Brooklyn, and I must say that my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I noticed a lack of cleanliness and organization. The tables were dirty, and it seemed like they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.
Moving on to the service, it was extremely slow and inefficient. Despite there being several staff members present, it felt like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the customers. The line moved at a snail's pace, and when it was finally my turn to order, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful.
The food itself was far from satisfactory. My burger was lukewarm, the bun was stale, and the overall taste was mediocre at best. It was clear that the food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, which greatly affected its quality. The fries were also disappointing—soggy and lacking the crispness I usually expect from McDonald's.
To make matters worse, the restroom was in an unsanitary condition. It was dirty and unkempt, with no soap or paper towels available. It's unacceptable to have such poor hygiene standards, especially for a fast-food chain that prides itself on its global presence.
Overall, my experience at the McDonald's on Avenue H in Brooklyn was highly unsatisfactory. From the unclean environment to the lackluster food and subpar service, I left feeling disappointed and regretful. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall...
