Miller's Ale House — Restaurant in New York

Very disapointed, I went here before and was also disapointed when I ordered a burger cooked medium and it came out well/burnt, they did replace it but I ended up just taking to to go by the time it got to me since my co-worker was already done eating. So I decided to go again and honestly I was very disapointed again, we started with the calamari and the chicken strips, chicken was delicious and tasted great with the beer, but the calamari was so bland but it was crunchy and had potential. Then the entre wife ordered shrimp scampi and I ordered prime rib, shrimp scampi was ok it was a bit bland and overcooked. But the prime rib was just plain disgusting they didn't cook it right then when I asked them to throw it on the grill or under the broiler it came back even worst honestly it looked like the put it in the microwave or boiled it, it came back with water on top of it look like it was boiled and smelled horrific truly disgusting. So when the waiter came back seing how awful it looked (honestly it should never have left the kitchen) he said you don't like it huh, I said no it's awful look at it does it look good or ok he said NO. So he said I'll take it back so you want me to get you anything else I said sure let me get a burger to go since we had to leave and I basically ahared my wife's entre. So he gave it to me, but here is the kicker when I got home to open it to eat later, it was just a burger and bun no fries that usually come with it nothing lol. It tasted nice but come on what the hell. Probably not going back, unless they fix there issues or something...

Service here was terrible, me and my family had gotten to the restaurant at 7 and did not get seated until 8:30, then no waiter came for about 15 minutes. We had ordered CHILLI NACHOS and received chicken nachos, we had not received any spoons for the nachos or the dip. We had told our waiter this and she responded very poorly and replied with the statement "No you said chicken is fine" which is far from what we said. The waiter then disappeared and had the manager come speak to us, she told us she'll get us a new plate with what we wanted, after making us almost wait two hours to give us our food in the first place. We denied the offer because we weren't going to wait again and our food was getting cold. Resstrooms were awful, the smell was horrible and they had not been cleaned. Our waiter avoided our table and when she did come by she had an attitude, the bill was then given to us by a different server, they had charged us for guacamole which was with the nachos we had asked to be taken away because it was the wrong order. If you don't know how to do your job or can't handle it yourself and make someone else handle it don't work in the environment You're in because it obviously isn't for you. Never...

On February 16th, 2025 Sunday around 8:50pm me and my son waited almost 5 minutes by the entrance to be seated. Unfortunately there was no one by the entrance . No hostess, no waitress. I had to call the restaurant to be seated. There were some workers as a hostess ( blonde woman) and waitresses . They were so nasty using all bad words all the time to each other. They were very loud and they were slapping each other. Please check your cameras between 8:50-9:30pm. Even one of the worker came up to them ask for help and they didn’t even care. Unfortunately it is very shame and disappointed having workers like them in the restaurant business. We were not the only one who was very uncomfortable with their attitude and reaction. Other customers who were sitting at the bar were also uncomfortable . The customers were sitting on the bench by the window were also uncomfortable. You have cameras in the restaurant. Check all these cameras and you could see it very clearly. I was in the restaurant business for a long time and we were never ever letting workers to act like them. They could have their meals on their break without making customers...
