Ming Garden — Restaurant in New York

I have been a customer here for more than 20 years. The ownership has changed from one original person to two others. The deliveryman has seen me grow from a little kid to a grown man, so trust me when I say this that this place is the best place for general tso's chicken. HOWEVER, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. The people taking down deliveries and the new owners are super disrespectful. They hate taking your orders and are not courteous at all. I have stopped ordering from them due to how horrible they talk to people on the phone. And this is only over the phone. If you order in person they become better but that's because they don't have a face staring at them when they are on the phone. Try other spots out instead of this one. The quality has gone down over the years while the prices has gone up. The only good thing about this place is the deliveryman. He is very courteous...

Website clearly says closes at 12 AM, It's now 10:57 PM on a Friday night and they pick up phone and said, pick up or delivery, I say pick up, then I say general tso chicken They ask me how many orders I want of general tso chicken I said one order they denied me, and said they are closed. This place will never get any business...

The food is good not great. The service likewise yes I did get an over the phone rude vibe. Also please tell me what kind of Chinese Restaurant does NOT have mustard or spicy...
