I have the pleasure of lliving near Moa and frequent it often, and I have to say, every single experience is made even better thanks to three incredible baristas. From the moment I walk in, they are warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their craft.
Gorkem always greets me with a smile and makes me feel right at home, offering helpful suggestions based on what I am in the mood for. The drinks he prepares are always absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of flavors. Every sip is a perfect blend of smooth and rich. He always knows the exact options to offer to make my beverage even more special. For example, he'll ask if I want to top off my chai with cinnamon or if I want my milk steamed and frothed... absolutely magnificent!
Tyler is just as friendly and makes my coffee & bagels with such care and attention to detail. He always checks in to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I can tell he takes pride in his work.
Brenda goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is top-notch, even adding a little extra flair to my latte art. It’s clear that she has a genuine love for coffee and the art of being a barista.
Each barista really makes each visit memorable, and I can’t wait to return for another round of delicious drinks and great conversation.
Highly recommend stopping by if you want not only great coffee but also a friendly and...
Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at Moa Coffee recently. I brought my reactive rescue dog with me, and while we were inside, he started barking at a dog outside, as he often does due to his nervousness. Instead of offering a solution or understanding, an employee asked me to tie him up outside. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially given that my dog is a rescue with a history of trauma, and such behavior is completely out of his control. The lack of empathy for both my dog’s needs and my own was shocking. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a business that would prioritize discomfort over understanding. I won’t be coming back to Moa Coffee. It’s frustrating to see such disregard for both customers and their pets. Wondering if they would have the nerve to ask the same thing if it was a crying baby or...
Read moreI stopped by this breakfast spot because I'd heard good things about the food, and in that aspect, it didn't disappoint. The bagels were tasty, but unfortunately, that's where most of the positives end.
The service left much to be desired. The woman at the counter waited to see the tip amount on the screen before starting our order, which felt quite uncomfortable. Additionally, she assumed we wanted our food to go and seemed visibly annoyed when we decided to eat in. When we asked about where to dispose of our trash, her response was delivered in a tone that felt unnecessarily sharp.
Given the price, I expected a smoother and more welcoming experience. While the food was good, the overall experience didn't...
