Nana Teriyaki — Restaurant in New York

I am so elated to have found this gem of a restaurant. I make it a habit to walk through the neighborhood of cities I am laying over at. (Flight Attendant).

Today, I wanted Asian food, especially a Bento box/plate. When I searched, this restaurant pulled up. I could not have been more impressed. The restaurant was so clean and very modern. The decor was so pleasing, the light fixtures, unique.

I ordered the mango tea and the bento. Got the teriyaki beef and shrimp. It comes with 3 gyozas, 2 spring rolls, seaweed salad with your choice of, white rice, fried rice or noodles. Homemade sauce for gyoza and spring rolls. The teriyaki sauce (homemade) was very delicious on the thin sliced beef and shrimp.

David, was an amazing host, chef and promoter of his business. He was doing it all. He described how the restaurant started, the menu items and prices. He is very competitive and his prices are hard to beat in the area or anywhere around Flushing, NY.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting or living...

I ordered a beef and shrimp bento box and asked for “DOUBLE MEAT” and they told me they would give me extra and put the spring rolls on the side in another container… For 20 dollars I was expecting some good quality food with a big portion… I opened my bento box to 4 pieces of shrimp… I called to ask what happened and he told me the regular potion comes with 4 pieces of shrimp and I said to him I requested for double meat and he told me that only meant extra beef not shrimp… for 5 more dollar I didn’t get any extra food and they scammed me… the rice was over cooked and the spring rolls were mush with no flavor… first and last time trying this place… 20 bucks for this garbage… shrimp was low quality and was also...

Nana Teriyaki is an amazing place where you can eat Japanese, Chinese foods and so much more. I love Nana's chicken teriyaki with noodles. The food is so fresh the chef is cooking right in front of you while you are waiting. I was able to see everything right before my eyes how they preparing each ingredients. And the customer service is also amazing. David at the front counter, he is so kind and sweet, he explains everything if you want to know something about the food and he keeps you company while you are waiting. If you want to have a fresh, delicious like a homemade food I strongly recommend...
