Nepali Cafe, located at 7418 37th Rd, Queens, NY 11372, is an absolute treasure for anyone seeking authentic Nepali cuisine! The food is a true celebration of Nepali flavors—bold, delicious, and perfectly crafted. Their chili chicken is packed with spices and cooked to perfection, making it absolutely finger-licking good. The chicken momos are a must-try; they are wonderfully juicy and bursting with flavor in every bite. And if you’re craving something unique, their jhol momos are simply outstanding, with the rich and flavorful broth adding an extra layer of indulgence.

Beyond the incredible food, the customer service here is truly top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Their warmth and hospitality make you feel right at home, adding a personal touch to the whole experience.

If you’re in Queens and looking to try authentic Nepali cuisine, Nepali Cafe is a fantastic choice! Highly recommended for its amazing food, wonderful service, and genuine...

Don’t judge this place by its looks! The food was incredible and the owner was SO kind and happy to serve us.

We had the Johl Momo (Chicken) - it was incredible. Everything was made fresh. The chicken momo was juicy, and the johl was rich and delicious. We also tried the Sel Roti which is almost like a donut made from rice flour - but it is not a dessert, more like a breakfast. It was on the savory side.

I also had the masala chai to drink - it was honestly really good and I’d come back for that alone. It wasn’t pre-sweetened like many places do, which made me very happy. Sugar was available on the side if you prefer.

When you first walk in, you won’t see much seating but don’t let that scare you off - just to the left when you walk in is a staircase leading downstairs to a larger area with more seating.

Definitely give this...

Small Nepali style cafe with good vibes and great food at great price too. I tried selroti with chatani, chiya (tea), khasi ko bhutuwa and jhol momo. Don’t have big space and might have to wait but the food tastes so good, its worth waiting. Khasi bhutuwa, momo, sel roti, mango lassi, chicken, chowmein, everything was great. My favorites are khasi ko bhutuwa and chicken chowmein. Though it’s name has momo in it, jhol momo was okay, not great. Kima was not well cooked and proportionated. They have wide variety of sauce options. The staffs are friendly as well. They have other great food options too including chat patey, wai wai sadheko (superb tasty), thali, khaja set( not so great), momo varieties and so on. Been here...

everything i ordered was so so good!!! The portions are great and super filling, spent around $50 for two people including tip and ended up taking half of it home :D definitely a smaller space with close-together seating. i felt slightly out of place at first (some other customers were staring) but the server was so friendly and attentive :)) im gonna dream about this place until i go back LOL. My favs were the chana chapatne and the pani puri, they were both so addicting,, other details: there’s a button to call the server to order more food, they accept Apple Pay, they give bottles of sauce if u order momos (but i had to share mine with other tables), there’s a small bathroom, and i think people eat downstairs by default (?)

So, I just ordered chilly momo veg , I am pure vegetarian and I called them and asked to make sure they don’t cook the momo in same batch with the non-veg ones and they said “yes we dont cook” but today when I opened the box and was heating the food I was shocked I literally found pieces of meat tjere was 3 piece of meat not inside the filling but outside like 3 big chunks. When you say you are serving vegetarian options then please serve veg first order not good experience never recommend eating veg here.
