I ordered dinner over the phone and spoke with the woman who usually takes the orders. She repeated everything correctly. In my order I ordered red curry, now when I get home I received yellow curry. When I called to complain they were closed so I left a message on the vm. Next day I still didn’t receive a call back in response to my vm. I spoke with the same woman to right the wrong and she became irate like I did something to her, I asked to speak to the manager at first she said he wasn’t there then he magically appeared. When I asked his name he said it didnt matter just that he was the manager. So supposedly he refunded my money, I guess I have to wait a few days, but the whole experience has left me with a sour taste. This was our first time here and will not be not our last. From the time you walk inside the door, you are welcomed by Professional, Caring, and Courteous people who want you to be served promptly (Take-Out) and enjoy your experience. We could see why there was a constant stream of patrons picking up orders on New Years Eve (bags neatly lined-up - with social distancing being employed). The Quality of the food was Excellent. We All Enjoyed It!! The duck was masterfully defatted, tender, and tasty. The vegetables and rice were prepared to our liking. Polite, Genuine, Down to Earth people doing what they Love. Been here several times both for takeout and in person dining and it's been my favorite Thai place anywhere! Food is always sooo good and so is the iced tea. Just not rating higher for their delivery options. It forces you to choose a drink (soda) even if you don't want one, and in the case of the drunken noodles which is my go-to order, I've always received it without any sauce when ordering delivery so it's almost flavorless. Maybe it's because people would complain if they received it at a higher spice level than they want but isn't it supposed to be a spicy dish?
