This rating has gone from 3 stars to 1 for a number of reasons.
Originally it was 3 stars, as food was late (but they were nice enough to call in advance and apologized when delivered), one hero roll was half burnt, and tomato sauce had spoiled/turned bad. Regrettably, I had eaten a healthy dose before I noticed and felt ill later.
Upon checking with other staff, no one "enjoyed" their food. It was "okay" to "meh". REMOVE 1 star.
I had an issue where my order disappeared from Seamless site, and needed a copy of a credit card receipt they did not provide upon delivery. The lady who answered the phone (today at 4:30) was equal parts rude and unhelpful. REMOVE 1 star.
$150.00 wasted there, and not a chance we will order from there next time. And again, keep in mind they sent out spoiled tomato sauce, which made me sick.
So, I would avoid.

they are accusing me of lying, as if the sauce was not spoiled and that when I called to let them know, they offered a refund or replacement. I declined. And why did they call me to tell me they were running late and why did the delivery guy apologize for being late?
I NEVER threaten places with reviews and did not ask for a refund. Now I regret not taking a picture of the burned part of the sandwich.

I went back to the store yesterday to return a quart of ice cream that was freezer burned. Had an extremely poor interaction with the cashier - who seemed to think I was trying to take advantage somehow.
I have lived on the block for nearly 8 years now, and have literally purchased HUNDREDS of Häagen-Dazs ice cream from your store - and sometimes YOU were the cashier. Have I EVER returned an ice cream before???? You should have considered that. NOT TO MENTION I came BACK from my home (that same evening) to return the ice cream.
As I've mentioned before, they need to learn a lesson about customer service and loyalty - and, as I'm seeing from their horrible responses to customer's reviews/complaints here, it doesn't seem like they will ever learn.
