Garlic New York Pizza Bar — Restaurant in New York

I had a distressing experience at Garlic Pizza due to the behavior of one of their employees. As I was walking my 16-year-old dog, who recently had spinal surgery and is slow-moving due to his age and condition, the employee was in the process of disposing of garbage into the basement. Instead of showing patience, he yelled at us for moving too slowly and threw a bag of garbage towards my dog, blaming us for the incident. I am currently pregnant and was unable to quickly move my dog out of the way. This behavior could have potentially harmed my dog. I've attached a photo to this review for reference. The food is good. The constant problem is that when ordering in person the people who take the order understand very little English and as a result the food order comes out wrong practically every time.

It’s so frustrating when asking for toppings on a pizza and the order taker looks at you like you don’t know what you’re saying. Often two workers have to try to sort out the order and they still get it wrong or don’t include everything you asked for despite that they charged for it. The wait time can be long as a result Check your order. It’s always messed up. I ordered a meatball hero and when I opened it up at home, it was a chicken Parmesan hero. I hate to give a restaurant 1 star based on service but last night I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told estimate delivery time was 45 minutes. After an hour I called the restaurant to be told that there were some delays and I should be getting my order asap. I called again 30 minutes later and was told my pizza was on the way. At this point I had hungry guests waiting to eat and enjoy the game at my place and we were all very frustrated. Another 30minutes passed, at this point 2 hours after I had placed my order, and the guy on the other end "had no idea" what happened to my order. I cancelled and had to scramble for other plans.
