Read moreI just happen to pass by and needed some coffee. It had a good look about it. It was better than expected. It was an absolutely fantastic place! I had a pistachio croissant which was memorable. I mean truly exceptional. I asked for cold brew with no added ice. So many places will just not fill the cup if you don’t want ice, which I tend to think is wrong. Either way, I just do not like ice in my drinks. I was pleasantly surprised that they filled the coffee right to the brim. The only thing better than the food and coffee, was the service. The man on the cash register, taking my order was just so incredibly pleasant that I was impressed. Then, when I picked up my order, the woman noticed a look on my face and asked me if everything was OK. To me, that means truly exceptional customer service! It happened that I wanted a little more soy milk in my coffee, and I drank a little bit off to make room for it. She very cheerfully got me some soy milk and smiled as she asked me if it was now OK. I let her know that it was, and she smiled and said, “cheers.“ I was left feeling so good about my purchase. That is exactly how a place like that should be. I would gladly spend more for the privilege of having this level of quality. I give this my highest...

The service was good and the people were very polite. The place also has a nice vibe.
I don't want to hear any B.S. replies back either, about its American Coffee Culture ! A cappuccino is a 1/3 drink, Espresso, Milk, SPOONED FOAM, not a FREAKIN LATTE. Especially when you're paying $4 for a single shot, which is reasonable by today's standards.
What I received tasted like a cuo of milk, not even a latte. This has evolved in America due to the evolution of AUTOMATED machines and profit, or lazy / untrained baristas.
People need to start having expectations again, or things will just continue to get worse. I've been to a few very fine establishments where they still weigh their coffee manually, and some use thermometers in the milk. It's about delivering QUALITY & CONSISTENCY for that ( $5 - 1oz.) drink.
Do some math, PEOPLE ! It's basically 2 ounces total. So if it were a gallon of cappuccino, like a gallon of gas, that'd be costing you $320 a GALLON ! 🤣🤣🤣
Slow down and...
