I ordered an iced coffee and poured my own lukewarm half half coffee. The coffee was disgusting, it had that burnt and sour taste to it. Also, the service was horrendous. I walked in and the barista was a teenager dancing around not making anything and the guy at the counter was talking to what appeared to be a local, and completely ignored me. Not a hello. Nothing. Then after two minutes of politely waiting for someone who works at the cafe to acknowledge me as a customer, he takes my order and flips the screen and makes me fill out the order form to pay, aka his job. Disgusting coffee. Pretentious, terrible service for a place that looks unkempt with garbage piled outside. Do not go here. The hype is all false. I threw out my coffee. Four not five stars due to cappuccinos being served in 12oz cups and filled to brim so too milky. Otherwise would have been great. Can you get some smaller cups please??? Will revisit to ask..

   Read moreThe experience at Oslo Coffee in West Village was okay but fell short of expectations. The coffee was average, and the milk tasted old, which was disappointing. I also noticed they didnât have honey as an option, which seemed like a basic omission for a coffee shop.
The pastries were stale, and they were unable to warm them, which took away from the overall experience. While the atmosphere was a bit cold and unfriendly, which seemed to align with the quality of the offerings.
