Panda Express — Restaurant in New York

Panda Express down town New York City. I don't think there can ever be a bad experience from a panda Express. I mean anywhere. Whether that's in new York, Texas or California. I would not say I had a bad experience. I will say the service from the individuals behind the counter could have been much better. I'm not saying shower me in gold. But the associates were rushing customers to order. I'm going to take my time. That's how it works. I ordered the plate with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken (one does not go to panda Express and not get the orange chicken) and fried rice. My girl was with me. She ordered the shrimp and super greens and white rice. Whatever it is that panda Express does, they need to continue. According to the sign posted in the restaurant, it appears the restaurant has some decent benefits. I've never worked in a restaurant, but I'm willing to place a bet and say many other restaurants do not have the benefits that panda express has. That shows that they care about the well being of their employees. The employees should be thankful for those benefits, and treat the customers...

They slow, messed up my order completely. Some of cooks/ servers flirt with some of the customers, instead of paying attention to other people's orders. Still no ICE in the machine after 4 months. They don't have much of a choice in drinks.

Update:12/8/2024 It's still the same, these servers have serious attitude problems, definitely server: Franiel. It really seems it like, it completely messed up his day, to actually do work. How about actually taking a customer service class. Also, they seem to really enjoying serving tourists.

Update: 7/06/2025 Still the same. Now, it seems to only wanna cater to tourists and white people. I asked for something simple like a straw, the cashier, Kevin V. Looked at me, like he didn't understand what what I said to him. Im not gonna eat at...

I have never tried Panda Express before but when I did my experience has really good the staff was very friendly and helpful the food is delicious got different options and I got the blazing bullion chicken with the orange chicken and vegetable fried rice but the vegetable fried rice has egg in it and vegetables in it which is amazing..

The blazing bouillon chicken is nice and spicy and the food is absolutely delicious I just wish they would give u double the portions LOL..

Now as far as the egg rolls there's two different options vegetable and chicken which are both good but I have never tried a chicken egg roll and I could say that it was really good.
