Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. Placed an order on 10/2/19 at 7:25pm. Received email within a minute and tracker stated estimated delivery at 8:04pm. At 8:50pm the tracker updates and states my order could not be located and to call the store. I called and spoke to a male that claimed to be the manager. I inquired about my order and also asked about the excessive delay and he bluntly said they're busy. I said I did not want my order since I had placed an order from the local diner and the food was delivered before the tracker updated. I asked for the individuals name and he refused to give me his name and I asked again and he hung up on me. Obviously this person lacks the ability to work with the public let alone be a manager as he stated he is. I hope they do something...

We had ordered pizza and wings at 8:21pm and it is now 10:35pm still no food. I wo t ge ordering from papa John's anymore. It shouldn't take 2 hours for the food to arrive. I only live 1.8 miles away from this location. I had ordered online and the delivery time said 45 min. Which is ok but what is not ok, is that it's taking Way to long for any prep an delivery. I called to check on the status and the guy said it should take 15 min more minutes for my food to arrive. I'm having heavy doubts that it won't arrive at all. I am unhappy with the service that is being provided. I believe they can do better but this here is just bad.

It arrived it is 11:13pm from 8:21pm Hungry and pizza is cold....

After I explicitly explained my allergy to jalapeno peppers to the cashier, who instructed the pizza maker, who checked with me to confirm, then sliced it, and handed it to the cashier, who placed the box on the counter for me to receive. When I checked the contents of the box, I noticed a jalapeno pepper in the box. I've had this same issue at other locations here in the Bronx. Instead of making a fresh pie, they simply placed the same pie into another box. Needless to say,it "I WON'T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM PAPA...
