Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property of any coffee shop, restaurant, or bar. There's always either someone smoking on the patio, in the dining area, or in the back room. I've been in this place three times. You can see the same guy sitting on the couch in the back smoking his cigar. When an unknown customer comes in, he comes out to see who it is. It's creepy.
This place has changed names so many times, yet owned by the same Albanian people. It is now called, "Red Bear Lounge". I forget the other names it used to be called. It just makes me wonder what kind of business this place really is. It's never busy. It's very strange.
In any case, we need a cafe in the neighborhood. It's such a shame that this place is so smoky & shady. It would be a nice place for our community if it wasn't the way it is.
