I had an amazing experience at Pollo Pepa! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed like family. The restaurant has a fancy and elegant atmosphere, yet it’s budget-friendly, making it the perfect place to enjoy a high-quality meal without breaking the bank.

The attention to detail in the service was outstanding. Our waiter went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed. I truly felt like royalty with how well we were treated!

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared with care, and you could taste the quality in every bite. I went there bc my dad saw a reel on Instagram, I read the reviews previously and saw how many complained about the 20% percent forced gratuity fee and we didn’t pay much mind to it bc we thought the food would be worth it, well to start off they take really long to bring your food, so if you’re really hungry don’t go there. However, they confused my order and didn’t offer to fix it, they also had the audacity to lie to my mom as well bc they accidentally brought her dish to the wrong table and the person sitting there cut my moms steak and they realized their mistake then, but they claimed they would get my mom a brand new one to apologize but all they did was turn it around re heat it and served it to my mom. This was my first time trying this restaurant, and unfortunately, it might also be my last. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it took over an hour for our food to be served. We were a party of five who drove in from the Bronx, so we were really looking forward to the meal.
