I have been frequenting this place since it opened over a year ago. The food is excellent and the service is too. Pure makes eating healthy food yummy. One of my favorites is the tilapia with brown rice and mashed sweet potatoes. Their mashed sweet potatoes are some of the best I have ever had. They have a wide fish selection that is fresh and tasty. This is one of the reasons I eat here so frequently, as it is very difficult to find fish done well in a bistro setting (you get yummy fish FAST). Another favorite dish of mine is their "Bites"...which are grilled chicken bites tossed in buffalo sauce...they taste like chicken wings but are nothing less than healthy...yummy is an understatement for this dish. Their burgers are excellent and they have a variety of choices to satisfy every taste.
Pure is excellent for breakfast as well...I have the "the usual" morning wrap which is eggs, turkey bacon and swiss cheese in a whole wheat wrap...I was blown away the first time I tried the wrap...I was really expecting it to taste "too healthy", but instead it was pure yumminess with no guilt. Their whole wheat pancakes are wonderful too.
They also have a fully stocked juice bar which makes excellent juices and smoothies.
The service in the restaurant is excellent...staff is friendly, warm and welcoming and the service is quick and on point. While I do love eating in the restaurant, 80% of the time I order delivery via seamless web...the food tastes just as great as in the restaurant and comes in environmentally responsible containers. I have always received my food in under 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend Pure Bistro...I have eaten here over 30 times and have never been...
Read moreHonestly because goole insists i click a star to start a review there's a star up there. I just paid $18.64 for a chicken caesar wrap which, to say the least left much to be desired. It was made with iceberg lettuce, the least nutritious lettuce and least expensive. Had no croutons or parmesan cheese and is more suitable for a child if you want to purchsae your five year old a chicken caeser wrap from this place. The caesar dressing was bland and failed to entice the pallet. On the menu a regular caesar salad is $9...so essentially i paid about $6 for chicken and $1.75 for a spinach wrap. Had the lettuce been of some nutritional value it's 96% water, and had at least the basic caesar salad ingredients... they would have at least...
Read moreCame here for a late brunch with a friend because the menu said it had fresh juice smoothies and pancakes. I wanted to feel slightly healthy by getting a green juice but still wanted fluffy pancakes. The menu was expansive so my eyes became bigger than my stomach and I ordered Blueberry pancakes, sweet potato hash bowl, green juice smoothie and a Nutella hot chocolate with oat milk. I ended up splitting the pancakes with my friend but we both left feeling satiated and stuffed. There was a little draft with the wind but they had a space heater to keep the space warm. Most people in the restaurant were families and friends enjoying a Sunday brunch. Plus the service was prompt...
