I've been eating Rawmantic nutrition bars almost every morning for years, mostly as a light breakfast before my morning workout.The bars are the perfect level of sweet and just filling enough that I can run on one for a few hours. Not only do I love the way they taste, but also the way they feel in my body...yummy and clean. It's hard to find a quality organic carob bar these days, so I definitely recommend this flavor if you aren't already familiar with it, but I also love the white and regular chocolate as well. I also appreciate that over the years the owner has been tweaking the ingredients as well as changing the packaging in an obvious effort to continue to improve her product. It's true these bars are a bit pricey, but to be fair, the cost of high quality organic ingredients, and cacao especially, has been increasing at an insane rate. Same with packaging and shipping. We decided to try three different chocolate bars priced at the same price from different companies and this by far was the worst. The pistachios are not blended. The inside feels more like haze than some delicate treat along with it being so dry. I felt like I could cough it up and it would scratch my throat. The chocolate did not meet the sides from the top to the bottom And you can clearly see the dry hay like material Inside. This definitely was not worth the money if I could return it I would in a heartbeat. This was such a waste.
