So very disappointing in delivery. We live half a block from this place. It took over a hour to get a small pie with pepperoni and a caprese salad( literally 5 slices of tomatoes and 5 slices of cheese in a tin container. The pizza came almost cold. This was after I called to see why it was taking so long. The delivery guy comes and holds out the box and as I slide my hand under I said really... You brought me cold pizza that's probably been sitting on your counter for an hour and a salad after an hour. He just smiles and says it's not cold.... I said touch the box he did... And he actually says it's hot. I mean.... It's not an opinion that the pizza is cold.... The guy just lies straight out. I call to complain to them and the girl again says it just came out. Honestly, I order from them every week sometimes twice a week. If you want to keep customers be honest. And remake the pie if it sat there an hour.... Don't deliver that to your loyal customer. For me that's just shady business. As a side note: there's currently an e.coli outbreak in the us from romaine lettuce.... I asked if they're making it with lettuce and the girl had no clue there's an outbreak. Thats when I should have hung up. Back to my tried and true places around here.... I ordered a large pepperoni pie two white slices cut up in a little pieces and Order of garlic knots. The person taking my order, asked me three times for my address and after placing my order called me back, letting me know that they didn’t have two slices of the white pizza. They only had one so at that time I reminded her to cut the slice in pieces. The food took over an hour to get to my house And when it got here, it was cold and not how I ordered it. I called the store to inform them, and the person on the phone told me that the driver got lost. I asked why the driver didn’t call me and asked to speak to the manager. The person on the phone claim the manager would be there At 7pm and would call me back. I never received a call back. Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer for years, but when Raquel left, I stopped because my order usually got messed up. My recent experience was disappointing. I was about to be charged for condiments that have always been free, with no notice. After telling the young lady that I never used to pay for it, she said you could take it now, but next time, you have to pay.There were no signs in sight that customers have to pay for the condiments at a pizzeria.
It’s unacceptable to start charging for something that was always included without clearly informing customers. This kind of surprise charge feels sneaky and unprofessional. If policies change, customers deserve to be told upfront—not hit with unexpected fees at the register. This experience has me rethinking whether I’ll be coming back.
