Read moreThis place was unremarkable in nearly every sense of the word. From the cold greeting we received at the door on the street, to the unfriendly look the roof hostess gave us, to the bare bones service we received when seated, the staff seemed mostly unhappy to be working there. The only staff member with any personality was the bartender who served us drinks while we were waiting for a table (mysteriously, we decided to stay even though we were never quoted a time, and were presented with an eye roll when we asked to be placed on the wait list.) The server never said more to us than she had to. In fact, I think her last words to us were "should I put it on the card on file?" She wordlessly dropped off the final credit card receipt thereafter. When I asked for her for bleu cheese for the wings, I believe her reply was "we only have the sauce they come with," but I wouldn't know because her back was turned to me at that point, dropping off drinks for another table. The food was decent. The place presents itself as Mediterranean for some reason.
There are better rooftop bars out there....
