Sam's Deli — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I can confidently say, the quality in service and food has dwindled. Every time I go there as of late, they mess up an order, or are stingy with the food. $8 for a chicken cutlet on a hero and sometimes there will be barely any chicken in the sandwich. Good luck trying to get cold cuts from there because they will ALWAYS forget something, or give you the wrong meat. I once ordered some sliced cheese and because they forgot it the first time I ordered, I had to go back; I was charged twice.

Don’t even get me started on the commotion when you walk in at certain times- loud music playing, loud videos or TV shows will be playing from their phones at the counter. The service will be slow sometimes because they’re too busy chatting with one or two regulars in the corner.
