Sea Kings Steam and Fry Seafood Inc II — Restaurant in New York

Let’s start with the fact that I recently ordered virtually the same items and it was awesome! Not today! The fried whiting was ok. Can’t really mess that up. The steamed tiger shrimp was the biggest issue! They sent me totally uncleaned shrimp! Literally just chopped the head off and cooked them. They did not attempt to devein them. So now I have shrimp that are literally full of feces! Floating feces in the bag and all! On top of that, I asked for them to be steamed. They boiled the shrimp! I know this because they are extremely tough and rubbery. They didn’t even tie the bag they were sent in. They took the bag, threw it into an unsealed paper to go container, and placed that into a regular plastic bag. The same is how they packed all other items. Carelessly! Nothing sealed to prevent the delivery person from going into the food. The delivery guy definitely went into my food! I noticed shrimp missing. Also the french fries never even got to my house. I called the store because of these issues. Just to inform them. The worker who answered seemed to not care at all! She immediately tells me she put the fries in the bag and to take it up with Uber Eats. Then as far as the shrimp she basically tells me that the description states shell on. That is understood. The issue is shell on does not mean totally uncleaned and not deveined! That is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary! The worker then just tells me to order the smaller jumbo or medium shrimp next time if I want them to be deveined. Again, I understand the shell on description. That just does not tell me that they also do not devein the shrimp. That literally makes me never want to order here again! I feel sick to my stomach over what they sent me! Then to be basically told “oh well” by the worker made matters even worse! I seriously doubt I will ever think about ordering here again! Sucks because the food was good the first time I ordered. Like how can you not want to treat a customer paying you $70 for food like gold?! You must want to...

I love seakings restaurant so much That I eat there every day they have the best fish soup in queens and Brooklyn the best team and Fry and steam food And most of all the greatest customer service So I wanna give a big shout out to all the cashiers and the The Chefs For taking care of me my family and cooking my food so good that I can't stop eating there With that being said May the Almighty father God The son and the Holy Spirit Guide and protect and watch over The Seakings team and customers so I can keep getting good food and great service all the time I know I sound like a fat kid lol😆 🤣 because I am See you guys tomorrow...

TJ, Shivon, Dora are the best team in NYC. Even if you are close to their Brooklyn location, you need to commute over here to Queens. And if you are in Queens, this needs to be your go to spot for great seafood, pasta, tacos, vegetables, etc . . . First off, the food is always delicious, fresh, and well seasoned. They make you feel so welcome during every visit. Sea Kings in Queens has become my second kitchen. And Dora's smile can brighten up...
